 * Hello! Could you please advise me about the learnpress_sessions tables? There
   is an option in the tools:
   Clear system dataDelete old data that are not used
   or expiredlearnpress_sessions (3) rows expired. What does this mean and how safe
   is it to clean? Will this not disrupt student progress. How often should I clear
   this data and cache? Thank you in advance for your reply.

 * The notification _“learnpress\_sessions (3) rows expired”_ means that there are
   3 session records in the database that have exceeded their expiration period.
   These sessions are used to manage user sessions for both guest and logged-in 
   users, storing temporary session data, such as **cart information for guests**.
   Details about LearnPress Sessions:
    1. **Expiration Time:**
    2.  - For **guests**, the session expires after **2 days**.
        - For **logged-in users**, the session expires after **6 days**.
        - **Function:**
           * Handles session management (cookies and expiration).
           * Primarily stores temporary data like cart details, which are unrelated
             to course progress or learning activities.
    3. Is it safe to clear?
    4.  - Yes, it is **safe to clear** expired sessions using the _Clear system data_
          option.
        - Clearing sessions **will not disrupt student progress** because learning 
          progress data is stored in separate database tables, not in the `learnpress_sessions`
          table.
        - It only removes outdated session data that is no longer in use.
    5. Recommended Frequency:
    6.  - You can clear this data periodically, such as **once a month**, to maintain
          database efficiency and avoid unnecessary storage of expired sessions.
