Learnpress Quiz Results aren’t calculating correctly

Hello,

I have a few courses set up. I want to release, but I noticed that states are not calculating correctly. I don’t quite know what I am doing incorrectly.

One of my quiz results states the following:

failed
Mark: 8/20 mark (40%)
Answered: 20/20 questions
Correct: 14 questions
Wrong: 6 questions
