# Learnpress doesn’t send emails

 * Learnpress emails doesn’t work. Default emails from wordpress are sent when a
   user registers on Learnpress.
 * For example: when a new user register his account into Learnpress course, he 
   receives the deafult email from WP, not the learnpress email i’ve written.
 * On Learnpress Settings, emails are activated for admin and users. It doesn’t 
   work for anybody.
 * It happens with all kinds of emails from learnpress, like change the password
   or finish the course.
 * I’ve tried changing the set up of WP Mail SMTP plugin unsuccesfully.
 * Can someone help me please?

 * We checked again on our system and it is working well. Which PHP version + WordPress
   + LearnPress plugin are you using?
   Please try to disable each plugin or open 
   the mail log to check.Thanks

 * Las versiones que están instaladas son:
 * WordPress version: 6.2.2
   PHP version 7.4.33Learnpress version: 4.2.2.4
 * ¿Por qué creen que no se envían los emails de Learnpress?

 * En el registro de correo he podido verificar que:
 * Los emails de LearnPress que NO se envían son:
    - Nuevo pedido
    - Pedido completado
    - Curso matriculado
 * En su lugar se envía el email por defecto de registro de un nuevo usuario en 
   worpress (1 vez).
 * Tampoco se envía el email de “Cambio de contraseña” de Learnpress, se envía el
   de por defecto de wordpress.
 * Sí que se envían los emails de Learnpress de:
    - Curso Finalizado
 * Si necesitan más información, díganmelo.
