LearnPress and Eduma Loading Slow

In as much as the plugin and templates are stunning and great, but the support team are horrible. They take long to respond or not respond at all. This is not value for money. I have been having issues how slow the plugins are slowing down the site, but haven’t gotten help in 2 weeks now on www. gaitate .org I have put a ticket on their forum but didn’t get help.
