 * How long does it take to learn WordPress? I want to use WordPress as a CMS, but
   i know nothing about CMS. I don’t even know what to expect of a CMS.
 * Also can i install WordPress on my computer to learn it or can i only host it
   on my webserver? I have Windows XP? What is the down side of installing it on
   my local computer?
 * Thanks!

 * Just out of curiousity: if you don’t know what to expect from a CMS – why do
   you want to use WP as a CMS?
 * Download XAMPP and install it on your machine:

 * It will be seen just by you and it’s a good way to learn it.
