Learndash integration - course registration not working (5 posts)

    Hello iThemes,

    I'm having some trouble with the exchange/learn dash integration.

    After purchasing a course with exchange - users should get automatically registered for the course they purchased.

    This used to work fine - but now doesn't.

    The integration, etc. is all set up correctly.

    We're using Paypal, but it doesn't appear to be a paypal IPN issue as the registration isn't happening of $0 course either.

    Please help - I'm losing my hair over this!! I have opened a support ticket with learn dash too, but they suggested I ask you guys for assistance also.

    Hi E,

    I just wanted to let you know that I'm looking into this now. As soon as I have an answer for you, I'll let you know. I may need to talk with someone from the LearnDash team, so I just wanted to keep you in the loop while I'm doing so.

    Hey E,

    What versions of Exchange and LearnDash are you using? Did this issue start after you update one of them? And, if so, which one?

    Any additional information you have would be helpful.

    Hi there Elise,

    I am running the newest versions of both plugins.

    I'm not entirely sure, but I think the issue did arise after the last update that I did.

    I think this is going to be really tricky to figure out without giving you admin access. Do you have an email address I can send details to?

    Thanks for helping me out with this. I really need to fix this soon as our members are experiencing quite a bit of confusion :(
