    I’m submitting this ticket publicly because the last 3 paid support tickets have not been responded to. I’m assuming that Themeboy no longer offers paid support for priority attention.

    I created 3 new leagues and placed/joined them with a tournament.
    However, I see the teams stats from other leagues showing in the tournament leagues.

    I am really sorry for this inconvenience. The truth is that we are not allowed to support PRO version through WP forums 😔

    I just ask our premium support team and they didnt find any opened ticket without response. Can you please check that you provided your email correct and the response didn’t go to the spam folder?

    Also if you remember the topic of your ticket will e helpful to investigate it further 🙂

    Hi,
    I’m perfectly aware that Pro is not supported via the forum…but there’s no support for Pro via private either..

    Do you have a support portal where I can login to see the responses, as the replies arent going to SPAM… i do receive confirmation of the support ticket, but no replies from thereon.

    I also tried using 2 email addresses to see of potential problems.

    Hi there!

    I could find 17 tickets assigned to this email:
    mohammad@cloudastrix.com

    All of which have been replied to. The latest ticket with that email is from May, 29th.

    And I’ve found 19 tickets assigned to mohammadashrafpatel786@gmail.com, which has only one ticket pending from yesterday (our official response time is 1 business day, we try our best to reply sooner, but that isn’t always possible).

    The latest ticket seems to be regarding the same issue as this one.

    You’ve mentioned you have 2 others, are they about the same issue? If yes, then just wait, so I can reply to it.

    If not, please send them again, and I’d be glad to help you.

    Where can I login to view those tickets, as clearly the responses to two mail servers arent reaching me.

    Hi there!

    I have just sent a reply to your previous ticket. Did you get it?

    We don’t have an option to log in to view tickets, you can only see them in your email.

    ok, have received the GMAIL response.. i’ve replied..

    could you please respond the last 2 tickets of the mohammad@cloudastrix.com one to the gmail instead?

    I’ll troubleshoot the matter later..as I need to get this matter sorted ASAP for the client.

    Hi there!

    The last 2 tickets we’ve got from that email are these:
    Listing of tounament and group stage fixtures (replied on may, 29th)
    Re: Bolt On Plugin required (replied on Apr, 26th)

    Are these the latest tickets? If not, please kindly re-send them directly from your email, I’ll reply to them as soon as they arrive.
