I think you should write to the theme author to send the files so that he can include them in the next version, otherwise that URL in the forum will sooner or later be lost.
I haven’t found the author’s email at the theme’s website.
I have put enough effort in translating. For me there’s no need to put more effort in finding the real author’s email address – the one he actually reads :-). If you wish to put some effort into finding the author and let him know, feel free 🙂

I don’t know if it will be taken into consideration, but try hasn’t been harmful.
I say “lost” because a lot of people when they have a problem or question don’t use google search (or they do with wrong search keys), but they write directly to the support forum, and your topic sooner or later will disappear from the top.
But in particular, why not make translation available to all Polish people directly in the folder so they’ll not have to reload it after each upgrade?
