    Hi,

    I have integration with mailchimp working, api key is inserted, connected. Opt in campaign integration connects to mailchimp and my correct email list.. leads are shown in the count, but not in my audience…

    Have seen multiple other issues where it is stated that because of double opt in, people are not added to the list of they dont hit he double opt in button in the email.. yet, 1 email adres we used was def not on the audience yet and did not receive a double opt in email.

    I don’t see mailoptin connected in mailchimp as app, should this be? It seems working as otherwise mailoptin in wordpress wouldn’t know the name of my mailchimp audience list.. so connection seems fine..

    Can you please advise? Using free wp plugin for now

    Thing is, Mailchimp most times do not allow email addresses that were previously subscribed and deleted to get the confirmation email after subscribing again.

    We always advice you test with a fresh email.

    We are using API keys to connect to your account and not a OAUTH app integration.
