• Hi
    Thanks for the great plugin!

I’m not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. I’ve made a quiz with the option of unregistered users. I’ve deactivated the “execute quiz only once” option so that I can test.

I am only getting statistics for one anonymous user, even though I have taken the quiz many times anonymously (with different name and email). I have entered two custom fields for name and email, to keep track of users.

I am getting leaderboard results for all of them, but only statistics for one anonymous user.

    Can anyone help?

  • Hello,

Reduce or deactivate the Statistics IP-Lock Value under Edit Quiz –> Options. Your stats aren’t being logged for multiple tests because your IP can probably only submit one result for statistics per day. During testing while you set up your quiz, set it to 0. After your quiz is in production and you are actually gathering data, depending upon what you are using your quiz for you might want to change it back.

    Good luck!

    Thanks Lauren.
I did set it to 0 while testing, which is why I was confused that it didn’t work.
I have a feeling that doing this allowed me to take the test over and over, but somehow won’t record results from the same IP.
I subsequently made the test live, and I did get a submission from an anonymous user, and the results were recorded fine.
It’s not the end of the world…
