@code4d1 thanks for your inquiry!

This is due to the hero image at the top being rendered differently on the AMP version of the page. The AMP project is working on making improvements on how these elements (images) load as seen in this issue: https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/issues/28672

Feel free to follow its progress. Once this is addressed, the plugin will implement it accordingly.
