You’ll need to work this out with your host!

If you still have cPanel access, you could download your site and db to your local machines, clean it up, then put it back and ask your host to reinstate your hosting.

    Hi sterndata,

Thanks for your reply. Could you please tell me where we would access the ‘cPanel’? The only way we have ever logged into our WordPress account, is via the ‘Admin’ link on the website itself (which is now offline/suspended). Is there no other way to access our account?

This isn’t something we know much about at all, as a web designer set up the blog for us and we simply logged in from the Admin panel to add new posts.

You’ll need to contact your hosting company to get that information; it’s host specific (and you probably do not have the right login/psw for it, anyway).

Thank you. We’ll contact the host and see what we can work out!

You will need to contact your host to get your hosting unsuspected before you can access your wordpress site.

Once they have unsuspended your hosting you should be able to access your wordpress.site by going to http://www.domain.com/wp-login if it istill installed on the root of your domain.

I would recommend changing your database password and making sure that your wp-config.php file has the permissions set to 600 so no one can harvest this information.

I also believe lcn has a bespoke control panel and doesn’t use cpanel.
