 * I am already add phpinfo(); those code on file manager, so can check /phpinfo.
   php after URL.

 * disable VPN
 * open in private window
 * login to your wp-admin -> go to page optm , see how it goes
 * if still not showing up , please open the html source code , check if it has 
   complete code , in particular, search if it has </body> and </footer> and </html
