Is it possible to lazy load thumbnails that appear in the Related Posts boxes?

Unfortunately this feature is not available on our plugin anyway you can try to install a free plugin like

https://wordpress.org/plugins/rocket-lazy-load/

Using WP Rocket lazy load option did the job.
