Lazy Loading Placeholder

    Hello,

    is it possible to set an own placeholder for the lazy loading feature?

    Right now the placeholder has a 1:1 aspect ratio. I would like to set an own ratio to prevent FOUC.

    A hook to replace the source with a custom base64 string would be okay for me.
