    Hi,

I have read in other posts here that Google indexes lazy loaded images. But I would like more detail about that.
Since Google takes into account the filename of the image to SEO it, can you tell me whether the filename is visible to Googlebot when w3 lazy loads them.

e.g. having an image /yamaha-p121-electric-piano.jpg is better for SEO than /sdfj34783jd8dskds.jpg

Will google see my well-SEOed image filename if I use use let W3 Total Cache lazy-load them?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello @laumindproductscomau

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
W3 Total Cache does not change the file name when the image is lazyloaded. W3 Total Cache is only deferring the loading of off-screen images.
There is nothing to worry about as the google will be able to see your well-SEOed image filename.
    Thanks!
