Lazy Loading Breaks Navigation Thumbs

If I have lazy loading enabled, the lightbox slideshow works, but the navigation thumbs never load.

I can disable lazyloading for pages where I want this, but for larger galleries, it would be very useful to be able to leave lazy loading on.
