Already updated to version 5.0.10. but pictures are not loading in Safari iPhone XS (iOS 12)

I have the newest version of SG Optimizer and having the same exact problem where on a woocommerce page the image is not loading properly with lazy load on iPhone / Chrome / Safari. I had to disable it.
What happens is sometimes you can see the image for a split second and then it disappears. My site is using WordPress 5.0.3, I can’t update to 5.1 because my theme doesn’t support 5.1 yet.
Feel free to reach out and we can work together, I can enable lazy load for testing purposes and you guys can see the page that has a problem.
