Lazy load – issue

Hello,
i have a bizarre issue with lazy load setting. I’m enabling the lazy load and save setting from admin page then i click “Purge All” and the setting return to off for some reason.
Is there any other setting that i must to do before i enable the lazy load?
The plugin is up to date.Thanks in advance,

@lehanliii this happens with simple refresh also
@qtwrk i disable cache on admin pages
in the network tab, in the wp-admin file the headers are
cache-control => no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate
expires => Thu, 19 Nov 1981 08:52:00 GMT
z-litespeed-cache-control => no-cache
