Lazy Load issue

I have noticed on a couple websites I have developed and am using the Testimonial Rotator that if I also use Lazy Loading for images, the rotator breaks. I typically use the a3 lazy loading plugin although I have tried other lazy loading techniques with the same results. Very often the images do not load or they load incorrectly and the layout breaks. I have had to disable lazy loading on the rotator pages but this is having a very negative result on my Google PageSpeed results. I was wondering if there is a way around this? I am using the latest version of WordPress, all plugins and PHP 7.2.
