Would you be able to check for errors in your browser error console so I can help you?
Please follow these steps:
- Go to the screen where you’re experiencing the problem and open the browser developer tools. You can find instructions for each browser here
- Reload the screen and check the Console window for errors which will show in red
- Take a screenshot or copy and paste these errors and send them to me and I can investigate this further.
