Layout video website w/ WP

Hello
I am new to WP and am seeking some layout advice.
I am a full time SEM and have made 60 or 70 camtasia videos about how to design, publish and manage a successful Google AdWords campaign.

I want to build a WP site to offer all of these videos for free. (registration required)

I am not sure what the best way is to layout this site.

The videos are separated into 10 to 12 functional main topics such as “Editorial Guidelines”, “Navigating The AdWords Control Panel”, “Using The AdWords Tool Box”, etc.

I’m not sure if I should create separate categories for the different topics, or should I create separate pages for each of the topics…?

Also, each topic has 2 to 15 separate videos depending on the topic.
What should I use to organize the videos in each topic?
BrightCove player? Some WP video plugin, or something else?

Additionally, I will be adding videos as users request them.
This should be taken into consideration when deciding on how best to present/render the videos on this site.

I would be very grateful for any advice on how to layout this site for initial presentation, future expansion and user friendliness.
