Layout slips out of position

Hi, my name is Janina. Recently, I started to design my homepage. I really like customizer so far. I use the latest word press version 4.4.1–de_DE and the Customizr Version 3.4.18.

I have three problems:

1.The layout in the backend looks differently from the layout in the frontend. Whenever I add a picture to the layout in the backend, it doesn’t appear in the exact same position in the frontend. There are always a few lines difference. So I have to guess, where to put it and add and remove it very often. I need help with that!

2. After I updated to the word press version 4.4.1–de_DE, the layout of the already finished pages in the frontend slipped out of position. Pictures moved a few lines up or down. Is there a way of fixig it or do I have to remove and add all the pictures again? Are there maybe too many pictures on my page? Is there anything, I need to pay attention to to avoid this problem in the future?

3. I would like to add the option, that people can leave comments on my page. The whole page is in English. So that is why I want the comment option with name and email in English. Right now, it is in German. What can I do to change that?
