Layout settings in child theme don’t work

    I created a clean child theme.
    I went into the Cutomizer->General Settings->General Settings, defined the layout different than right sidebar and nothing changes.
    When I do the definitions with ocean wp theme with no child theme everything works o.k.

    Hello, where do you try to change the layout? I mean on what page? Blog, normal page, also, have you checked that you didn’t have selected a layout directly via your page?

    I tried to change the layout in the customizer.
    There was no selected layout in the page.

    Hello, yes, I have understood via the customizer but in what part of the site you try to change the layout? For all your pages, blog, single posts?

    As it is the blog page, you need to go to Blog > Blog Entries.
