When opening a calendar entry with mobile devices (Frontend), only a small stripe is shown. 3/4 of the Display are blacked out. You have to manually scroll down if you want to Show more than 4 Lines oder Pictures. I deactivated lightbox (and other) plugins, changed themes, but still ist just a small stripe. I think it is an issue with the lightbox used within the plugin.

Is there any possibility to expand this stripe?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

unfortunately I can’t reproduce that error on my iPhone. The calendar on your site works fine for me on my iPhone. What device and which browser are you using?

    Hi,

I got the same problem with my calendar. On the phone the lightbox has maybe a height of 25%. How can I change this to about 50%?

    Hi sabrownie,

I had no problem on your website using my iPhone 6 with the current iOS installed.
The lightbox is about half of the screenheight.

Can you please provide me some information about the Phone you are using and the version of your OS?

Thank you Martin for testing it. I use a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with Android 8.0.0

Since I got messages from multiple users with similar problems, I suppose that there’s an issue with Android phones.

Hi, I’m going to have a look at that. Which browser are you using?

    Hi Martin

I use the SONY Xperia XZ1 (Android 8.0.0) and tried it with the firefox and chrome browser, but neither is better.
And you are right, on my friends iphone the light box is bigger.

    Hey,

I’m sorry, but I can’t reproduce that error on several devices. I’ve also tried Browserstack, an online testing tool. It provides me all kinds of combinations of devices and browsers. The window was always scrollable.

We’ll come up with another lightbox-solution next year, I’m afraid we can’t change anything at this point, where all calendars are in use.

Same here. The glightbox is way to small (height) and the picture is way to big. It seems that the glightbox isn’t in mobile mode. ;( I hope, that the glightbox provides a mobile mode?

Tested on Google Pixel 2 with Chrome and Firefox
    Android OS 9
    WP Advent V. 1.3.4
