Layout not properly displayed, Javascript error?

    Goodmorning,

    My Javascript is very slow loading on mobile, on the first load after emptying all my caches. I know it has to be a little slow, because its the first time loading a page, but 13 seconds is too long i think. The text and layout is also displayd wrong, see below picture. Also, when i refresh the page on my laptop i see, for a quik second, the same layout as on my mobile. After that it turns to normal. My URL is: http://www.stijnspreekt.nl. Please help me out here.
