Layout & links

I would like to have either links to my wordpress posts or a rss feed display on my main page. I have a post that displays fox news rss but does not show the links on the main page.

It seems when adding links to a post they seem to be removed on the main page or converted to text.
I am using original press premium theme on my site { jailpaper.com }

I would really like my home page to look like http://www.rr.com which just shows links to the current stories.

I have spent countless hours trying figure this out to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
