    When I activate the plugin the website does not work well. Some elements such as the main menu or the cookie notice are not displayed. In the case of the menu it appears with: display: none !important;
However, if you are logged in as a user everything works fine even though the plugin continues to work.

  • Can you please try to disable “CSS Combine” and then do a Purge All action from the LiteSpeed hover?

Here is the troubleshooting guide:- https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/

    Hi.

CSS Combined and JS Combined were already off.

When littleSpeed cache is disabled, or when it is enabled and the user is logged in, the website is fine, as seen in the following image: https://ibb.co/54zD0h9

But if littleSpeed cache is activated and you enter the website without being logged in, the website looks like this: https://ibb.co/P9wZWjs
As you can see, comparing the images, the menu area and the cookie notice, they are not visible with littleSpeed cache activated.

We do not know if there may be more problems, but what we have detected is that these two elements, menu and cookie notice, are not visible.

let’s try the old fashion way , if you reset it to default setting , how does it go ?

    Thread Starter pozoalcon

    (@pozoalcon)

Excuse me, what do I have to reset to default settings? The CDN? The CDN only has one switch to turn it on and off.

    (@qtwrk)

no no , I mean in LiteSpeed Cache -> Toolbox -> Import/Export -> there is a button to reset to default setting.

    (@pozoalcon)

Wow, now it seems to work. I can’t believe that was the problem. Thank you very very much. We will check that everything is fine, but it seems to be working correctly.

if default setting works , that means one of the option you enabled has caused issue

if you wish , please try to narrow down which option caused issue and we will see what to do next.

Actually, I didn’t change anything in the setting configuration. That is, my hosting includes the Litespeed Caché service, and this plugin is installed and activated from the Hosting itself. But I didn’t touch anything in your settings before writing to you.

I wanted to take the opportunity to ask another question. If I can. If not, you tell me and I’ll open another ticket. We have scheduled a content update so that a specific piece of information is displayed every hour on a page on our website. But with Litespeed activated, when that time arrives and the page is refreshed, that data is not refreshed. To do this you have to purge the page cache. Is there any way for that update to be done when refreshing the page?

    Thank you.

    please try disable object cache

and also verify the http response header when the time comes and content updates

you should see x-litespeed-cache: miss , this will indicate the cache has been purged
