    Hey there,

Thanks for those screenshots! It looks like the product gallery / variation images aren’t immediately loading.

If you can share a link to the product, I’d be happy to see if there are any obvious indicators of what’s going wrong.

Otherwise, your best bet would be to look into a conflict: this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I made a typo in the title, it’s a “bug”, not a “but”

    Thanks for your proposition Hannah!

    Here’s the product: https://supefactory.com/product/samsung-case/

Weirdly, it works most of the time today when yesterday the bug happened every time I reloaded the page…

As for a plugin causing the problem, wouldn’t it cause it on all products? The bug happens only with the phone cases.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for sharing that link!

I checked this page and the images are loading up correctly for me:
    https://supefactory.com/product/samsung-case/

If something isn’t happening consistently, that makes it tricky to troubleshoot – you don’t know if any adjustments are actually having an effect. Without being able to test further, I’d guess that this is likely caching, especially if it’s only happening on certain products – i.e. the phone cases.

I’d recommend disabling any caching that you have on your site and then keeping an eye on it. If that solves things, then great. If you do still encounter the problem, then you’ll need to test further while you’re seeing it:

    * Check the browser console for JavaScript errors: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/
    * Try the conflict testing, possibly using Health Check so that your customers aren’t affected: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/%E2%80%9D

I hope that helps you in the right direction!
