 * my site’ layout always broken.
    and after I refresh the page the layout always
   become normal. any one know the reason?

 * Are you using chrome? Chrome is infamously bad at clearing caches.
 * I recommend:
 * 1. Delete any caches from all caching plugins you may be running.
 * 2. Disable all caching plugins.
 * 3. Close out of all tabs and windows of Chrome, then open Chrome settings in 
   a new tab.
 * 4. Manually delete every file out of your cache folder on your FTP. Leave the
   internal folders but delete all the files.
 * 5. In settings for your chrome browser, click advanced. Click the following:
   
   Browsing history Download history Cached images and files Cookies and other site
   data and clear it.
 * 5. Download and Install the extension Click and Clean. Clear Cookies, Cache, 
   Private Data and Downloads.
 * 6. Open your website and hopefully this helps.

    Thank you The same also
   happened in safari of iphone7. Yes, I can clear client cache. But how about other
   users of my sites?
 * By the following steps, do you suggest me not to use W3 Total Cache and other
   caching plugins?
    I use W3 Total Cache because it is very useful to increase 
   the speed.
