It’s ok now. I checked “Play animation on first load” on “slider settings” tab.
Thank you
Hi,
I’m glad you found the settings!
Thank You. But now i have another problem. My slide images not showing. only layesr with animation appear. Where is the mistake?
Thanx
It seems that you have some lazy loading plugin (a3 Lazy Load I think) which modifies the images tags in our slider, causing this problem.
Can you try turning off the Noscript Support at the WP menu: Settings -> a3 Lazy Load -> Lazy Load Images?
I turned off Noscript Support at the WP menu: Settings -> a3 Lazy Load -> Lazy Load Images, but nothing happens. If I deactivate plugin , slider work well. But i not agree this sloution. Any sugestions?
Thank you
I imported layer slider with animation and it works perfectly
here
could you please contact us at support@nextendweb.com?
I disabled background animation and first slide is loading perfect , but second are not- lazy load problem. If I scroll down , slide 2 is loading ok. I have to deactivate a3 lazy load ?
Thanx
There is one more thing you can try, I saw that there is an exception class option at a2 lazy load’s settings: WP menu: Settings -> a3 Lazy Load -> Lazy Load Images -> Skip Images Classes and try adding these:
nextend-slide-bg, nextend-flux, fluxslider, surface, images
and that should work.
If it wouldn’t feel free to drop me an e-mail to support@nextendweb.com
You can also try our lazy loading at the Edit slider -> under Slider settings -> Image load. You can find the documentation on what is the difference between the lazy loading and the Delayed load here: http://www.nextendweb.com/wiki/smart-slider-documentation/slider-settings/#image_load
Than you nextendweb_ramona! It’s working great now! One more question, pls: The images in the slide are not same resolution like original . How can I fix this?
Thank you
Sorry, my mistake. I did not select the right size when i inserted image in slide. Topic resolved!
Many thanks
The problem with the images is that they don’t have the same ratio as the slider does. For example your seo-ok-1024×512.jpg image is 1024x512px and the slider in my fullHD screen is 1903x696px.
What you can try is changing your slider’s size at the Edit slider -> Slider size to match the ratio (you can try using your image’s size), but I think that would be pretty large in fullHD, so that might not be the solution for this.
Or you can modify the Edit Slider -> under Slides: Resize slide background to contain mode (you can read the documentation on this option here: http://www.nextendweb.com/wiki/smart-slider-documentation/slider-settings/#resize ) which will keep the image ratio.
Or if you meant the blurriness, that is happening because the images you are using are smaller than the slider (if you are viewing the slider in a larger monitor) and the image scaling usually causes them to be blurry.
Great! I’m glad it worked out!
