Lawsy and slow support / Go for another alternative

    Have been using the service for 6 years now, paying faithfylly each month. But system and support has become BAD. We have +100 sites at WP Manage. Reasons why:

    1. Support tickets takes 3-4 days before getting answers
    2. Backup function worthless with bigger sites
    3. Lack of compatibilty sending out with Office 365, yes, we have done the setup correct
    4. Takes ages logging in out Dashboard
    5. Generating pdf reports to customers is randomly working

    Sorry to say, Manage WP has become bad, go for another solution, we are looking for a new one now. ManageWP has become to instable.
