 * My website is already launched but the “Let’s launch your site” panel is still
   showing up on my dashboard. It’s stuck on the Advanced Settings and there are
   no buttons for me to actually launch the site.

 * If you installed your site using BlueHost, it’s probably the MOJO Marketplace
   plugin. Deactivate it and the screen should change.

 * If you have selected themed while the Mojo plugin was active will deactivating
   it change the selected theme?
