latin1_swedish shows up for collation – site is down

    my blog has been hacked or has malware … huge issue. I can’t load the blog or access the WP login

    I noticed that some of my table items show latin1_swedish for collation, I’m assuming that’s wrong or bad

    I have no coding knowledge and am grabbing at straws looking for help
