Latin extended characters problem

    I am from Czech republic and we do have spacific local characters as “ěščřžýáíéůú” in character set called latin extendede. When I use characters from this Latin extended font in table cells, after saving table these characters are changed into question mark. Is it possible to change used font to any with Latin extended? On site level I use Open Sans with no problém.

    I have same problem here with Croatian characters. Any solutions?

    So, I tried with encoding html entities instead of characters.
    It is look like this, if I need letter “č” I have to use character
    So, this is realy stupid, and I can not put that character shortcode in wordperss org forum, how stupid is that???
    shortcode is this one but without space between characters.
    this is shortcode for č

    Well, I have tons of data to input and that is not the way to do it.
