Try adding the following to your theme stylesheet, or to your custom CSS editor available under Appearance > Edit CSS in your dashboard:
.post img.latex {
display: inline;
}
I hope this helps.
Ok, thanks for your help.
Now the equation using latex is inline with the text.
But the latex equation still not parallel with the text, as you can see in this url: http://www.studiobelajar.com/try-latex/
The text seems lower than the latex equation.
Would you help me again solve this problem?
Thanks before for your help.
That most depends on the size differences between your text font and the LaTeX images. Try something like this:
.post img.latex {
display: inline;
margin-left: 5px;
height: 16px !important;
}
p {
font-size: 16px;
}
That will make your text a bit bigger, and the images a bit smaller. That should make things look better.
Sorry, still not working. 🙁
The latex equation still not parallel with the text.
This is the image before i edited style css: http://www.studiobelajar.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/before-edit-css.png
And this is the image after i edited style css (make font size 16px and latex height 16px): http://www.studiobelajar.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/after-edit-css.png
Or look at this url: http://www.studiobelajar.com/try-latex/
The latex images also becomes blurred.
For reference, this is a blog also using jetpack for writing math equation: https://nivotko.wordpress.com/2015/07/03/polinomial-berderajat-3-aime-2015/
As you can see, the latex image is inline and parallel with the text.
But I don’t know how the blog owners make this.
Thanks before for your help.
Here is the CSS they use on that site you gave as an example:
post img.latex {
display: inline;
border: 0;
vertical-align: middle;
}
Give that a try, it might help!
Ok, thank you very much Jeremy.
It’s now work.
