I am using WordPress on my own website. I am a teacher, and all of our LaTex code stopped working today! I’m panicked. Please help ASAP! Why did it stop working? My Easy WP LaTeX is up to date.

Again, this is urgent! My students come in to my class in 20 min and they cannot view half of the website, coded in $$ $$ LaTeX!

This is a page from my site with LaTeX Path errors everywhere!

From talking to users of other LaTeX plug-ins, they are experiencing this too. It is likely something WordPress did that affected everyone using LaTeX plug-ins. I use $$ $$ coding all over my massive site, as I teach math.

If you have any suggestions for a fix or know how to contact WordPress to make them aware of this issue. BeautifulMath LaTeX and other plug-ins are not working for users either.

I use WordPress on my own domain (as you can see above). It is fully up to date, as are all of my plug-ins. I do not have JetPack installed. Just FYI.

It seems to work for me (using [math]…[/math]). e.g. http://www.thulasidas.com/superluminal-laser-dots/

I will test the $$…$$ bracketing as well, and update the plugin if I can find a solution.

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

Just tested with $$..$$, and it seems to work as expected.

It’s possible that there was a temporary glitch at the server that provides LaTeX images. Did your problem sort itself out?
