Latest WordPress (5.2.2)/WooCommerce(3.6.5) is not supported

We deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and Post Affiliate Pro (PAP). We switched to the default Twenty Seventeen theme. We have tried using the default PapApi.class.php that came with the plugin, and the same file downloaded from the PAP website. In all cases clicks are tracked but sales are not tracked, hence PAP is currently useless.

We are subscribers to the paid version, and have reported our findings to PAP support. We have not received any useful support as yet. The error message is provided below.

Can anyone shed any light on this error and how to fix it?
