# Latest version not working?

 * Been using this plugin for months now and it’s fantastic.
 * Upgraded to v8 today and suddenly, it’s not working. Also, the ThreeWP Broadcast
   Blog Groups seems to be stuck on v7 and constantly prompting me to update.
 * Any ideas?

 * Have rolled back to v7 and working again.
 * Will await v8.1 I guess.

 * The blog groups have just been fixed, so you can reinstall.

 * Sure. I’m checking the following and then hitting Publish.
 * * Link this post to its children
    * Taxonomies * Broadcast to -> “{Parent site}”
 * The post will save but nothing is published to the parent site and upon refreshing
   the blog edit page, the above checkboxes are unchecked.
 * There are no error messages or anything to suggest it didn’t work.

 * Could you enable broadcast debug mode, broadcast the post and then send the very
   large debug dump to [plugins@plainview.se](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/latest-version-not-working-2/plugins@plainview.se?output_format=md)?

 * Simple fix: Admin > Broadcast > Settings > Post types
    Add a line:
 * post
 * Save.

 * Yup, that seems to have fixed.
 * The update seemed to lose the settings in “Custom post types to broadcast”.
