 * Hi Support,
 * We have installed and activated “WooCommerce Quick/Bulk Order Form” Plugin. We
   have checked this plugin today the latest version is not working on my website
   but when we have rollbacked(downgraded) this plugin, then it worked fine.

 * That is correct. There is a bug in the last update of our plugin that causes 
   the rows to clear automatically. We will release an update that fixes this as
   soon as possible.
 * As a temporary workaround you can indeed downgrade to version 3.3.0 for now.
 * Version 3.3.2 will resolve this issue. So when you see an update notification
   for 3.3.2 you can safely update.
