This is the forum for free version of the plugin.
Please click to update the plugin.
Thank you for your reply,
I checked that I had an update that I did
I’ve cleared all cookies, but the error remains
Can you pass it on to the PRO team, since I sent an email and haven’t had a reply yet, or should I repost it again?Did you click the link to get latest version of the plugin from this screenshot https://prnt.sc/FkHl-nTF7J_0 ?
Yes, of course I did that update
I’ve uploaded the image precisely to show that the last update didn’t fix it
https://prnt.sc/xen9RURQe-9BThe theme I use is Astra (if it helps)
This is great! Look, in order to update the plugin you just need to click the link to update. This is not related to the theme.
I may not have explained it well!
I’ve already updated to Version 2.10.1
Cleared all cookies
Deactivated and reactivated the plugin
This had already happened in a previous update and you fixed it.
I was reporting that this version has this error
https://prnt.sc/5n6wjL5sj_UT
This header is appearing in the single listing presentation
As you can see on the page
https://turisbike.com/procurar-alojamento-e-experiencias-portugal/visit-portugal/portugal/porto/vila-do-conde/descobrir-vila-do-conde-em-passeio-de-bicicleta/I think the problem is clearer now.
Disclaimer
This plugin works very well and is very useful for me to use within a page and the support team always fixes all the bugs. I’ve already rated it 5 stars and I stand by it.Sorry, but the only information in this thread like you can not update the plugin. So I have explained how to do this.
This is the header you have placed on single listing page. Please remove it.
Thank you for your reply.
But I didn’t put that header…., it was the last update.
And there’s no way I can remove it, or if there is, if you could help, because I can’t see how!
This header appears because of the last update, it’s not even in the same language as the single listing, I don’t even know why it appears, because my knowledge isn’t programming but configuration.
This has already happened in a previous update and someone from the team solved it, I don’t know how, but a new update appeared with the problem solved and I simply updated and it went back to normal.
no, this is not the plugin placed this. Please open single listing page and remove what you do not want to see at the listing
If I’m doing something wrong, then let me know how I can put it right!
Because there is no option for that.
Besides, that heading in Spanish is appearing in all the Single Listing languages
Something has gone wrong with the latest update and only you can’t see it or don’t understand it.
But I’m waiting for you to tell me how I can remove this header and get everything back to normal as it was before.
Thanks for your help and understanding
You just need to do 2 things
- open single listing page to edit
- remove what you do not want to see
that is all, this is quite easy, come on, lets try it. just 2 actions to do

Hello,
I don’t mind talking outside the forum, but I’d like to see the problem solved.
I’ve had this happen once and almost gave up on this plugin, but you’ve sorted it out. Good thing, because I like the simplicity and potential of this plugin.
That said, I’d appreciate it if you could check the error, as I suggest in the attached video.
The user has no way of managing what appears in the single listing, it is configured by the developer and without an option.
When I edit, it doesn’t edit the page, but the listing.
What’s more, the header appears in Spanish, whatever the language of the single listing.
That’s why I think there’s too much there.
If I don’t know how to configure it, I’d be grateful if you could tell me how to do these two steps, which I’d be happy to do… but if this error was due to the update, it would be a good idea to check out what’s going on.
Thank you.
When I edit, it doesn’t edit the page, but the listing.
please do not edit the listing, edit the page, single listing page
