I am using porto theme.
It works on mobile I have the ability to scroll down. But on desktop it doesn’t work.

ok. might be my setup or a plugin conflict.
Not a big deal I just zoom out my browser so everything fits in.
I fixed the issue. Was bad cache in browser. 🙁

Ahh.. big relief for me. Glad to know that it is not a plugin issue.
Otherwise, it becomes very difficult the resolve the issues that we can’t recreate on our end.
