Latest update removes plugin

    Just installed the latest update. It completed with a message saying return to plugins. It did not say the plugin had been reactivated. The plugin was missing from my plugin list and had to be reinstalled and activated.

    It sounds like WordPress encountered an error while updating / installing / activating the plugin. Please check your web server and/or debug log files and share the error message – with an error message, we have a chance to know what happened. 😉
