LATEST UPDATE old websites now updated do not look like brand new installs

    hello,

    Can you tell me why old websites now updated to the newest version do not look like brand new installs ?

    Old websites look the same as before after update.

    New websites look different.

    I read about your classic style and modern style, but in both cases I didn’t change anything or didn’t add define( ‘CZR_MODERN_STYLE’, true );. in wp-config.pho

    So can you tell me why they look different ?

    Hi, it’s because the theme style option ( in customizer > advanced > theme style ) is set to modern by default for new installs.
    If you are using child themes, the simpliest way to change this option is to activate the parent theme, change the option, and re-activate the child theme afterwards.

    Thank you so much ! I prefer to add the line of code in my wp-config.php to avoid all future problems 🙂
