I just updated LearnPress to the latest version and there are a number of issues with the update.

    1. It duplicated all the users enrolled in the course and reset their progress back to zero.

    2. Two of the Premium Add-on plugins developed by your company, LearnPress – Content Drip & LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration, can no longer be enabled. I find this issue particularly frustrating since you are the developer of all 3 plugins and they do not work together and the last two I had to pay for.

    3. The DB update that is required breaks major theme functions, like all the javascript calls, sliders, etc.

If these plugins are permanently broken and will not work with the latest version of WP, please inform us so we can start the process of using something different for Online Courses as we have some pretty angry clients that paid good money for your plugins. They also have students that paid good money to take the courses and need answers to satisfy them.

I am also posting this on your ThimPress forum as you seem almost completely unresponsive to people’s issues since the last WP update.

Please advise as to if and when your plugins will work again.

    Hi joe1977,

Sorry to hear that. Did you try to install those newest version of Content Drip and WooCommerce payment?

Can you share the support ticket URL so we can check again?

    Hello Joe1977,

Did you find any solution for this issue? I have exactly the same. I can’t enable content drip.

    Thanks for your help!
    Regards
