Ok, I solved the problem by re-initializing and re-saving all the parameters.
Yeah, this has worked for me too. Just toggle the switch off and then back on, the icons should re-appear.
Yes, it works. But I get annoyed when a plugin leaves it up to users to debug an update. Poor coding and poor testing is not a good sign for me to continue using a plugin. There are lots of alternatives.
