Latest update causes problems on Profile Form fields

    Hi,

    We’re using UM as a Partner Area for our wholesale clients, where they can access a product list order form, amongst other dedicated content.

    On some of textarea’s Default Text of the profile form, we’re using custom shortcodes — ex. [product_table id=”77265″] — but with the latest update, they stopped working. These fields are now empty.

    In the meantime, we had to revert to a backup of the site with the previous version of the plugin, but it would be great if you could help us solve this problem.

    Hi @atletekno,

    Do you use any plugin for custom shortcodes?
    Have you tried to use dedicated shortcode filed?
    Can you please attach the screenshots of your field settings with the shortcode so we can better understand this issue.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I’m using shortcodes from the plugins “Custom Content Shortcode” and “WooCommerce Product Table”, to display Partner Level and Order Form in the profile — check screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/aLSH5Wj

    I did manage to have the shortcodes working again by using your Shortcode fields. The problem is that these fields don’t have the label to display the title, as text area and text box have. I did try to have a text box field above the shortcode field to display the title, but I could get the text box fields to work — be visible on the profile. There seems to be a problem with these and I did try various configs: added default text, placeholder, validation, etc.
    Had to resource to Content Block fields to recreate the title on Partner Level, and for the Order Form title. Actually, later on, I found out that Content Block fields also allow the use of shortcodes.
