Latest update breaks my site

After updating to version 1.4 of HTTP/HTTPS Remover, it broke my website and admin. Both showed up as plain text along the left hand side of the screen without any formatting or images. Upon reverting to the previous version (1.3.1), everything again worked fine. Since the basic logic of the plugin’s operation was changed in the new version, this may be culprit in it failing to work.
