Updated from Minamaze free version 1.1.9 to 1.2.0

My site became unavailable except through the Admin page
I reinstalled 1.1.9 and everything immediately returned to normal

I believe it had to do with the Style Sheet missing (?) I actually don’t recall
Was too busy scrambling to downgrade

Just thought I would let you know
    I like the theme a lot 🙂
Maybe I will update to the next version, but for now I am sticking with 1.1.9

Sorry for the problems. One of our servers had a bad ZIP file for this theme. This has now been corrected, the update should be fine.

    Hello MacDawg,

Thanks so much for taking the time to get in touch! It’s much appreciated. 🙂

Sorry to hear you experiencing problems updating. There was issues with the theme on one of many servers used to download the theme. Unfortunately, the issue is not caused by the theme itself, but factors outside of our control.

The issue has now been fixed. You should now be able to update to v1.2.0 without problems.

Thanks again for reaching out! 🙂

    Great!
I tried the update again, and all is well now.
    Thanks for the quick fix.
    Greatly appreciated.

I just upgraded today from Minamaze free version 1.1.9 to 1.2.0 and it also broke everything. I receive the error “The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.”

Now our site at ResidentialCleaning.com is down.
I tried to manually download and install the 1.2.0 zip but the installation failed. Is there an easy way to fix this without having to do a complete recovery?

I downgraded to 1.1.9 from this link
Downloaded the theme and replaced 1.2.0 with it using FTP on my site
    That fixed it for me

Afterwards, I updated to 1.2.0 again (from the messages above) and it worked fine with the new update.

You may have had the corrupted update already downloaded before you updated in your site
I would suggest doing what I did to restore it

Download the zipped file from the link

Unzip the file to get the Minamaze Theme folder

Navigate your FTP to wp-content > themes
Rename your current Minamaze theme folder
Upload the new 1.1.9 folder you unzipped

Test it to see if it resolved your issue
If so, just delete the folder you renamed

You will probably be notified an update is available again
You can stay on 1.1.9 or try to update again (likely it will download a complete version that isn’t corrupted and you will be fine)

Thanks! I was able to recover!
I am thinking that I will wait until the next version comes out before upgrading 🙂

    Thanks again.

I checked again, just to be sure, and there is no problem on our end. All servers have the correct version of the theme. Complete ZIPs, each and every one of them. No corrupted ones.

So, whatever issue you’re experiencing now, it’s not the same as the one 5 days ago.

Thanks, same happened to me today – extras.php was all messedup in 1.2.0 Got back to 1.1.9 until I hear things are fixed

    Hi davidslight,

Your issue wouldn’t be related to the issue this ticket was opened for. Can you please open a new support ticket if you require help. There are currently no widely reported issues with v1.2.0, so it’s most likely that your issue is being caused by something else and not the theme itself. For example, a timeout of some sort when updating.
