• I just updated the personal portfolio freemium theme, based on the update notice. It returned my entire site back to the original theme details and lost all my details, changes and uploads. Hours worth of work. UNACCEPTABLE.

    Fortunately, I do have a backup but this is not acceptable of any theme.

    I highly recommend everyone not do the update.

    So far I’ve received no support on the theme when requested and now this.

  • I had exactly the same with both the Personal and the Corporate one. It’s ridiculous.

    I also can’t create a new topic in the Support forum – there is no ‘New Topic’ button. So I’m having other problems with Menus, and can’t create a support issue about it.

    Anyone else have this problem? I’m logged in, and have created topics elsewhere, but can’t on this one.

    Agreed. I had to redo my home page although other content was there. Wish I’d seen this before I upgraded.



    The same just happened to me. 3 hours of work, setting up my whole site, gone. The theme creator obviously doesn’t give a toss either, since this thread was started a month ago and there is still no reply.

    I am going to look for another theme now because this is not acceptable. 🙁

    I get the same for updates too. Not impressed by their lack of response. Must remember to NOT upgrade when I’m not near tech to go fix it back! :O
